Customer Reviews
We stayed here the night before flying out of Boston airport on vacation. The room was big enough for our family of 5 (2 adults, 2 kids and 1 baby) to fit comfortably. A crib was provided for the baby. Great location. 24/7 shuttle to the airport. No shuttle from the car rental drop off, if you prefer to drop your car off the night before a flight, but it was a 3 minute walk from the rental return to the hotel. Daily breakfast was provided but we left before it started. The shuttle to the airport was big, we had about 10 people total on ours and we even brought the baby in her stroller and everyone fit perfectly with room to spare. Great stay, would definitely use this hotel again.
We've stayed at the Embassy Suites Logan Airport multiple times, most recently for two one-night stays during Thanksgiving travel. While I would not recommend the hotel for tourists visiting Boston, it is a good option if you want to be near the airport, offering a direct shuttle to Logan and a two-block walk to the car rental facility.|The hotel is typical of Embassy Suites, though the rooms and corridors feel a bit dated. Rooms are slightly smaller than other ES, but still provide a separate bedroom and living area. We stayed on the 10th floor both times (I believe the Rooms 1025 and 1027) and had decent city views. The complimentary breakfast offered a good variety to meet everyone’s tastes. We also tried the hotel restaurant for dinner. Food quality was inconsistent—the burger was good
Breakfast was great, absolutely worth getting up for. Having the bar and conscience store for food and drinks at night was nice too. Was able to walk to the car rental counter. Didn’t know to call for the hotel shuttle from the airport, but once that was sorted, it was convenient.
Only negative charged 75 bucks to check in early at 830 am when room was available. Never had that happen as a gold high honor member. Room and staff good . Waitress named Josephine performed truly heroically keeping her pleasant cool while doing the work of at least three people on a busy Saturday night.
Check-in was fast and easy. Upon walking into the room, it had a strong odor of cigarette smoke. While this was not the hotel’s fault, they changed me to a different room. This room I later found out the heat was not working, it only was blowing A/C cold air. I was already in bed when I noticed it was very cold or or I would’ve asked to changes rooms again. The telephone handset in the room also did not work when I tried to call the front desk, so I toughed it out the rest of the night.
