Embassy Suites by Hilton Alpharetta Halcyon

Had a great stay during a business trip. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate! Very comfortable and clean. Free cocktails from 5 to 630. Amazing I let bar with lots of options. Would definitely return for another visit. Also in a great location close to restaurants and family friendly options. Well done.

Positive: "" Negative: Drafty room from a/c. A trickle of water from the shower, Shower corners not clean, Water did not get very hot, 1st Room had no hot water at all, Had to walk 1/2 block from the 4th and 5th floor of a distant parking garage in the rain, Added charges

New technology, clean, excellent service, with professional and attentive staff.||Valet is well staffed and attentive. They also offered assistance with luggage, although no formal valet here.||Front desk is welcoming but we used digital key.||This property allows personal streaming with major apps. Netflix is the only preset on the remote but all major apps seem to be loaded.||Corner suite is approximately 600SF = very spacious.

I travel frequently, and this Embassy Suites is modern, well maintained, and the staff was outstanding. In expect someone to complain about this past weekend, I wanted to mark all 5 rating because of the staff. The hotel was unable to issue room keys due to some technical issue Friday - Sunday. This was inconvenient for sure, but the staff helped everyone get into their room with no complaints. 6 floors to manage, Exercise room, etc. The front desk team, breakfast attendants, bar, and maintenance people were all very friendly and professional. Kudos, Team!

Their breakfast bar is awesome! Rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is helpful. In cocktails are included in your price at the drinks 🍻 bar! Don't tell this right off the highway very hard to miss with lots of restaurants and other shopping places, Starbucks, and the like.
