Element Wilmington

Enjoyed an end of summer stay at Element Wilmington. This place is new, modern and very clean. This will definitely be our go to when on the coast for our beach weekends!!! Our room was spacious which was nice. They even offer free snacks in the evening. Perfect way to end our day at the beach! The common/pool area looked like a vibe but we didn’t get a chance to swim. Next time!

While the hotel accommodations and staff are both lovely, I am deeply concerned by a glaring disregard for environmental sustainability. Specifically, the outdoor gas fire feature by the pool remains lit around the clock. When I brought this to the staff’s attention, I was informed that maintenance is aware it runs through the night. In an era where resource conservation is critical, leaving a high-output gas feature running 24/7 without oversight is disappointing and, frankly, unacceptable. I hope to see the management implement more responsible energy practices.

Stay away 0/5. Staff and Management are super unprofessional and take no responsibility for their mess ups. Reserved a room, showed up at midnight only to be told that they don't have anything available due to overbooking. Whats the point of reserving a room then? Sent me a to another marriott hotel without proper papers to get a replacement room and was treated by their staff was even worse. Nobody was answering the phone the whole time, front desk staff refused to connect me with managment. To follow up apology from anyone. Hour and half later they booked me at room at Hilton. Absolute nightmare of a day. Avoid at all cost

I am a man of books. The element has no shortage of good books! Food is excellent, and the staff are as well. Rooms are spacious and well-appointed. The grounds are well-maintained, and the pool and bar have a direct connection. Staying Savanah mid-town next week. Blessings Cleve

I stayed at this property August 13-14. 2025. I was in town for a funeral and wish I could have enjoyed the beautiful property and amenities. So many kind and helpful employees at this property. I talked with Janice, Skylin, Kenya, Joie, and Makayla, to mention a few. Also spoke with either mgr Tim or gm Steve about lack places to hang your bathroom towels. We had a nice discussion. I’ll be interested to see if anything has changed. This property has a great looking pool, bench area for sitting, bikes to use, well stocked breakfast with eggs to order station!! And I think a nice little bar. The room I was in was a large, nice, corner unit. Nice kitchenette, fridge was just a tad smaller than regular sized one. Location was great. Easy to get to.
