Element San Jose Airport

PHENOMENAL! Utterly phenomenal! The hotel is immaculate, serenly decorated and just perfect in every way. The staff are courteous and helpful and don't get me started on the breakfast!! There was an actual chef making egg whites omeletes, a yogurt bar with every mix-in you can think of, and pastries, cereals, oats etc. I told my husband I would visit San Jose just to stay at the hotel! I travel extensively for work and hands down, Element San Jose Airport is the BEST hotel I've stayed in. It is literally across the street from the San Jose airport but I didn't notice any airplane noise at all. Book this hotel, you will not be disappointed!!

We chose this hotel because we were going to an MLS match at the nearby soccer stadium. It was super convenient for that. It's also very close to the airport. Beyond that there isn't too much exciting within as easy walk.||Brand new building and everything seemed in good order. Included breakfast and coffee was well done. ||Good value based on our needs.

Great location. It was a perfect, last minute stay. Would book again at Element for our next trip. Highly recommend.

Great hotel. Lots to like…comfortable, clean, convenient…However, loses 1 star from me because of the annoying laundry system. Requires downloading an app, transferring money into an account(strategically designed for you to overfund by only allowing deposits in $5 increments even though the machines cost $3/load) and in the process, putting more of your personal information out there. When downloading the app, you must approve tracking your information. WHY all this just to do a load of laundry??? Marriott, you’re better than this. Protect your customers data and make the process simple again by getting rid of these machines! New doesn’t always mean better!

As a Marriott member, my stay was comfortable overall. My room was on the 5th floor facing the airport, but the noise was not too noticeable, even during the daytime. I really appreciated the filtered water jar, as it’s often hard to find cheap, clean drinking water while traveling. The complimentary breakfast was simple but sufficient for a quick bite. From the airport, it took about 5 minutes by Uber and cost around $10.
