I have Always had a Great Expience here I have known these people for a Long time and this plaxe just seems like Home all the time when I visit !!!

Our car broke down on the highway and we had to pull off. Ended up having to stay here for a little over 2 weeks. My wife has a service animal and they harassed her every day about it. The manager screamed in her face at one point. Attempted to charge us more for the service animals and demanded my wife show proof of her disability. Nobody had actual hot water in the hotel the entire time we were there- just lukewarm. Complained to management and the owner when he came around and both said we would have to deal with it. People roam around outside all night, yelling, fighting. Broke down truck in the back overflowing with junk along with garbage strewn around. Air conditioners leak all over. No water pressure in shower and the water smells very strongly like bleach. All of that to say is th

Same thing happened to me as well as other. Found a bed bug, took it to the front desk and was told I must have brought them with me. No refund. I've stayed here for weeks on end because it's close to where my husband works, it's been about 4 weeks since I was last here and they're still rude as much money as I've spent staying here you'd think they be a little more caring I dealt with the floors being dirty along with everything else because I clean it myself when I get in the room but bed bugs I will not tolerate. I'm so scared I'm going to bring them home with me. I have a 9 month old and a 3 yr old. We do not want to have bed bugs to worry about. I've got pictures and everything. I brought the man a live bed bug and showed it to him what does he think I just carry those around with me

Anyone leaving this place more than one star was high when they got here and how when they left. There are no rules, the people that have gotten kicked out for not being able to pay sleep in different spots around the hotel all night they can't pay and Blair the music as loud as they can. It's literally like a homeless campground right outside your room. They comforters are hard as a rock and the sheets have a yellow tint to them, hours even had a huge blood stain the size of a basketball on it. Do yourself a favor and run. And the people that own the place are very angry and mean people.

The beds seemed fine I didn't find any bugs, however bathroom was not in the best shape nor was the ceiling above the sink. Clearly there was a leak in the floor above. Hope I don't have bed bugs now...
