Econo Lodge Inn & Suites Mckinney - Plano North

I’m a traveler and I needed a nice hotel to accommodate my needs and budget. Dave is very professional, kind, informative, helpful and compassionate. All my needs were accommodated. The icing on the cake is that all staff are very friendly and respectful. Staff says hello with a smile on their face. The hotel is clean, quiet and in a safe location. Kudos to Dave and Staff for making this a very pleasant stay. I highly recommend this hotel. 🏨💜🤗

Pool area fantastic! Spa needs improvements. Breakfast should just go away until better options and quality can be offered. Cold cereal and sandwich bread with milk and coffee are your only options, even for a free continental breakfast it was very poor. The room, hallways, lobby, pool area, parking lots are all clean. Shower, sinks, toilet, heating & air and tv all worked properly. The dresser and other furniture seemed to be new. Pool bathroom & lobby bathroom did not function. Night staff not friendly, morning staff very friendly. We had two rooms, they put us side by side which was nice. One room did not have ice bucket, the other room did. The service was EXCELLENT. Both gentlemen who worked the front desk were super attentive, kind, and professional. The room was very clean. All 3 lamps have USB ports and plugs easily accessible. Everything worked great. The quiet property is set back a little from the freeway so there was no highway noise. The price was very reasonable for this area and for the quality of the lodging. There is an INDOOR pool and hot tub! The breakfast did have hot food...oatmeal, eggs, waffle maker plus the usual continental breakfast items. I will stay here again in the future.

Honestly, this place deserves more credit than what it has already. It’s clean it’s quiet, The beds are comfortable. The shower has plenty of pressure. I had a very good night here and when I woke up, I was able to have a little bit of breakfast in which they have a very basic selection mainly cold cereal, bread with jelly and fresh juices. The Internet Wi-Fi here is extremely fast, they also have a nice vending machine full of snacks and cold drink drinks, including energy drinks, which is a plus on my end! They also have laundry facilities on site which are coin operated only not credit card. Overall, my experience at the economy Lodge was awesome and I would definitely stay here again and I would highly recommend this place to anyone that is a traveler to stop by here first before g

The receptionist was wonderful! She promptly and kindly provided pool towels, extra pillows, and shampoo upon request. The sauna is permanently closed, but the pool & Hotub are open 9am-9pm. The offered breakfast was 2 cereal choices, toast, orange juice, and coffee. Available 6:30am-9am. The heater produces a burning smell, and the room smelled musty, but nothing was overtly worrisome. Perfect if your just looking for an affordable place to get some rest!
