Staff was extremely disrespectful except for two woman working there. Owner wanted to up the prices the minute we walked through the door. Not one time in a week and a half did they even clean our room, change our bedding, or take out our trash. We spent our time one day walking around the property picking up cigarette butts, garbage and 4 screws/nails off the sidewalks leading to the rooms. We were concerned because there were little children staying there as well and it caused a health concern. The stair cases were rusted which risked being cut. There was mold all over the bathroom with a leaking toilet. There was mold in the AC unit. Found orange peals behind the microwave. There was mold all under the refrigerator. If I had a friend share they needed an inexpensive place to stay I would recommend you with a disclaimer of what they are getting. The drains in the sink and the tub were pulled out. The toilet was probably cleaned, but you would not be able to tell. It was so old/beat up that it looked dirty. My daughter thought she saw poop on the bed and then corrected herself to say that it was "only" a cigarette burn. That is not good to have there either. The TV was so very small especially in the framed area of space for it. The thermostat on the wall looked very rough. The heat was hard to get it working. Everything just felt dirty. It did not feel safe to stay.

The front desk lady on day shift accused me of smoking in room 206. I have never stayed in room 206. Instead of calmly going through all my past stays, she just starts yelling at me like a freaking idiot. She's the most immature unprofessional lady I've ever dealt with. I travel for my job, I stay in hotels pretty much every week, and ive never encountered such a ridiculous situation i don't even smoke!!!

First and foremost ... Rooms were clean and welcoming. Home away from home. If I could give service staff zero stars, I would. Girl at front desk was rude, and pretentious (believe her name was Jan or Jen, wore glasses). Can't remember and not worth remembering! She was more concerned about some guy smoking a cigarette than she was about her guests!!! She may need a retooling course on guest accommodations and public relations. Other than that, not a bad place to lay your head.

My first room had roaches crawling on the walls, dead crickets and other bugs. When I went to the office, she moved me to a different room and the door was an issue to where I was not able to close the door so I was moved into another room. There were dead bugs on the floor. Due to the fact that I was from out of state and didn't want to deal with having to change to another room and didn't really know the area, I stayed in the room. I went to a family funeral came back the next afternoon there were grass everywhere which came under the door from what I assumed that someone was blowing the grass outside.
