Excellent! I was very happy with the excellent customer service, and three cleanliness of everything! Breakfast was very good, and filling. I had scrambled eggs, sausage, blueberry muffin and cranberry juice. The bed and pillows were clean and very comfy! 👍👍

The room was clean and very comfortable beds. My son and I stayed there one night after an emergency room visit. The next morning the hospital called and said my lab came back and I needed to return to the ER. The Hotel refunded our second night night stay even though we were past the no refund deadline. Because of this AND how clean and comfortable the room was, I definitely recommend this hotel.

Jennifer G was a great help. I left belongings in the lobby and she reviewed the camera and then called me to alert me. It was so nice. The staff were all very friendly. The breakfast was delicious.

On the plus side - the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was good (lady stocked items regularly), and the shower worked well. On the VERY NEGATIVE side - there was NO internet during our stay. We could NOT login with two laptops and two new iphones. The page to enter the name and room number NEVER would come up. I had work to do so I parked near a restaurant and worked off their WIFI in the parking lot. Due to this lack of internet, I went to bed 2 1/2 hours late! The employee at night said it was working. The employee in the morning was honest and said they were having issues. Management needs to fix it. We will NOT be back due to this. Another guest came down to the lobby and said he spent over 2 hours trying to get on the WIFI. If management is good, they will see the need

Positive: Front desk employees perfect. Negative: Cleaning could use an upgrade. Linen very dingy and carpet needed vacuumed.
