ECHO Suites Extended Stay by Wyndham Dallas Plano/Richardson

At first I loved this place but when we couldn't make our payment of course we had to leave which was ok and understandable. But what is not ok is when you didn't let us know when they were going to throw out our belongings and we had personal information in there. Asked the receptionist there at that time about it said she would call back and didnt. If our children get their identity stolen we already know who did it and the police will be called. Do better as a company at let the customer know when their belongings are getting taken out of the room.

The front desk staff was the best. Everyone there was kind, polite and helpful. The room was nice. The noise level was never a problem. Just make sure you take all you need, shampoo, body was, etc. There were no pots or pans. But it’s affordable, clean and the best staff

The very nice and on time. Clean room and everything you could possibly want at a more than reasonable price. I loved it. From the big screen to the full size frig. Kick up your heels and say" there's no place like home"

The service was great the amenities are amazing leaves no room for complaints had a great time Will stay again Will use #trip.com for all my booking needs in the future

All the ladies that work there are amazing. Great service and have always been around to help. Rooms are well serviced and very comfortable. Plenty of movies to watch on the hotel tv (a few services restricted). If you travel relatively light, you will have plenty of room. Great location. 5 minutes from Kroger. 10 from walmart/target. 5 from whole foods/chic fil a. Great highway access.
