E-Z 8 Motel San Jose I

Need some work on updating the bathroom, door, shower, and walls. Old Box TV, picture would go out sometimes. The bed was great! Slept well. NO FREE WIFI! It is small, but the pool is great! No microwave in room. Toilet seat was loose. It was an alright stay. Not in the best area. Homeless hang around there. Isn't very cheap either for the area.

Wouldn't recommend this place. While price was reasonable, there was no note on checking in that the pool, hot tub, and ice machine was not working. In our two bed room, there was only towels for one, there were lightbulbs missing, and the bathroom floor was sticky. There was only one outlet for charging appliances (in the wash area) The plug and network connection for the TV was dangling to the point a tall person could catch their neck on it. The personel at the front desk were less than helpful.

How they have come to the conclusion to charge the amount they charge is beyond me. This is the worst hotel I have ever been in. Honestly like something from a murder scene..First of all the room absolutely stunk of damp and cigarettes. The place is absolutely filthy. There was what looked like old blood stains on the walls (see photos attached) on the floor, there were cigarette burns in the sheets. They for some reason have put a fridge pretty much next to the toilet. The place as a hole feels unsafe. A druggie and dodgy area. When we complained about the blood. They offered no alturnative to change the room and was generally rude and unhelpful.they have no WiFi. When we came to checking out they have no where to put bags which ment we was hefting our bags around untill we flew that even

No-smoke room had previous smokers. I have asthma, was coughing most nights. TV either froze on station or flickered. Carpet so dirty it crunched. Took shower this morning and put new socks on, they were black by the time I reached table by the front door. Also, no wifi. Female clerk was real nice, refunded balance. She informed me that it could take day o week to credit back depending on my babk.

The only hotel available before night one of Taylor swift eras tour in Santa Clara. This place has a very deceptive website. The first room smelled of mold and there was a constant sound of rushing water from behind the bathroom walls. The rooms were dirty There was a dried soap bar in the shower graffiti on the lamp shade and a mystery white substance on the carpet along with other mystery stains throughout the room. Also my daughter couldn't sleep because it was so loud and what sounded like someone trying to break into another room. The black guard "fence" rail on the second story was being held up by zip ties. In our room there was lighter marks in the bathroom and the shower edge. And moisture damage to the bathroom and carpet along with it's share of mystery stains on the walls. Also
