Front desk to housekeeping have been so friendly, professional, and welcoming. Even in room dining server was so upbeat and personable! Rooms smell simply amazing, so fresh. Very well appointed and nicely designed. Views on riverside are very nice. Parking has been easy, digital key access would be better! Excellent place, good location!!! But come for such an amazing staff and experience!

had an amazing experience at the Boston Hilton bar, and I can’t recommend it enough. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, stylish, and welcoming. The highlight of my visit was the exceptional service provided by our waitress, Delmi—DELMY truly made the night memorable. She was friendly, attentive, and so knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations that we absolutely loved. Her energy and genuine care for guests set the tone for a fantastic evening. The drinks were perfectly crafted, the food was delicious, and the overall vibe was exactly what we were hoping for. I’ll definitely be returning!

The room was spacious & comfortable. The hot tub was nice. The cookies they give when checkingng-in are really tasty. Only downside is that you only get one bottle of water that can only be refilled in water stations that are in 1st & 3rd floor. Other than that, I would recommend staying here.

I've stayed at this DoubleTree for approximately a month and a half (across 4-5 different stays) over the past year due to its close proximity to Harvard. PLUSES: The ABSOLUTE best part of this hotel is the staff in the restaurants and bars. My FAVORITE person is DELMY in the Fusion Lounge. She makes great drinks, is super personable, and always remembers me and other returning guests. Check out Over the Charles in the summer too—great views and karaoke on some nights! The free shuttle to campus is great, but it doesn't always run. The staff may help you find a ride, but they are not very forthcoming with assistance. Once they got me a cab but other times they shrug and say "sorry, it's not running" and look away. But when it's running, it's SUPER convenient to get to Harvard Square and

I cannot say enough about the staff at this hotel. It’s a typical Hilton but clean and staffed by truly caring people. I wanted a hotel near BU where I could self park, so it was perfect. Even has a laundry room and decent gym. |You cannot walk to food or the T so you need a car for this location
