DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Boston - Downtown

We booked a few nights here toward the end of last year and everything was fantastic! Jess at the front desk was incredibly helpful and informative. As a Gold member, he also made sure I received all of my available benefits. The room was cozy and clean. We had no issues with cleanliness or Wi-Fi throughout our stay. Overall, it was a great experience and we really enjoyed our time here.

The hotel is a bit old and the water pressure is weak, but the bed is comfortable. The location is pretty good and feels safe, with the Silver Line 4 bus going directly there. It’s also really convenient for getting to and from the airport.

Stayed here ahead of a large snowstorm in January. Booked deluxe king room with courtyard view. The room was very spacious. Had a very quiet room at the end of the hallway. There was a large mini fridge and microwave as well as keurig machine. Was given warm cookies on check in. Only issue was the elevators were all out of service but one was fixed by next day and my husband needed special accommodations to get up but they offerred their employee elevator if needed.

We recently spent 3 nights here.|Arrived from the airport via the Silver Line and then a 10 minute walk.|The hotel is easy to find and is behind Chinatown and next to Tufts Medical Center.|Check in was very smooth and we were greeted with cookies. All staff over the week were very friendly.|Our room was great. Not sure if it was because we were in a corner room but it was huge. Lots of space to walk around, store luggage and places to sit and relax. The room was so big that the bathroom was down the end of the coridoor.|The bed was comfortable, huge TV and good coffee making facilities and a fridge.|We used the restaurant for breakfast- very good choices, cooked fresher and a nice feeling sitting there. Good service and good pricing.|We used the bar several times over the week. Great choic

I read a bunch of bad reviews on my way to this hotel ( after making the reservation!)so I was nervous but I was pleasantly surprised. Our room was spacious enough and very clean with a comfy bed. The bar was well stocked and the bar tender was great. Friendly and efficient and great personality. Cares about his craft. The front desk staff was helpful about finding us a bike path nearby and offered restaurant suggestions. Would definitely return. The location was great too. Right by the T and lots of restaurants.
