Room was clean. Was pleasantly surprised that breakfast included warm foods (sausage, gravy) in addition to the traditional muffins and bread. Although, was disappointed that the yogurt was expired. Definitely needed more towels than provided in the room (just asked the front desk for more). Owners were kind and made sure our stay went well. Felt welcome. Ice and vending machines easy accessible. Hotel seemed half full and the area is extremely busy but noticed zero noise inside. Negative: Lots of homeless in the area. Good value for the price.

Overall, pleased with the cleanliness & comfort of our room. Breakfast options were very limited but the coffee was good!

During a football weekend, $400+ a night for a 1 star hotel. During a Regular day, this is $45 dollar a night room. This equates to a 788% percentage increase in price for a room when a football game is in town. Prepare to be gouged and taken advantage of if you’re doing a last minute trip. The room has tons of traffic noise, bring a sound machine to make it manageable. The shower curtain rail was not installed correctly and dipped down so the curtain wouldn’t stay in place and would slide which allowed water to leak and pool on the floor when showering if you didn’t hold it in place while showering. The bathtub/shower did not drain at the rate of flow from the shower so you had to stand in a filling tub while you showered. The bedding was clean and did not notice bugs but ensure y

Positive: Comfortable bed and great location. Negative: Bathroom door didn?t lock.Sofa didn?t have covering and when asked about it was told it was getting washed and refused to switch and give our room another one

Has roaches. Room was absolutely nasty. The fence around the place is a facade, homeless people walk through the parking lot. I was there for three hours before we left and in that three hours someone tried to break into my vehicle and broke the door lock. The night manager though was very nice and gave me a full refund without a fee.
