Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Red Rock-Gallup

I was greeted strangely by a person on a television screen. While this was a little disturbing at first, reminiscent of COVID-days, the person was pleasant, handled my CC transaction securely visa a reader physically on location, gave me a room close to the amenities I intended to use. ||The room was well outfitted, clean and comfortable. The pool was clean and functional. The parking lot was presentable.

November/December 2025 - We stayed nearly two weeks in a deluxe two queen room and had a great time. The room itself was very spacious and the bathroom was not small at all. The view is the sun rises we're beautiful! Especially during the balloon rally. There were minor maintenance issues but they were addressed quickly and efficiently. They won't know something is wrong unless it's addressed, right? They were very kind and accommodating. The indoor pool and hot tub was a hit with the kids amd we managed to find pool toys on clearance at the local stores. The only issue that I feel needs to be fixed is the washer and dryer. They are priced good at $2 each but our clothes came out wet and the dryer wasn't able to dry them properly. Housekeeping staff were excellent and very nice. Shout out

Rooms are falling apart and customer service is bad. The price of room with how it it is not worth it. The ceiling has some water damage, carpet worn, dresser scuffed up. …unfortunately it looks run down. Customer service not very good, a bit combative. Hidden fees upon check in. When you ask any questions to the staff, the guy was very rude, and if questioned something would say, then don’t stay. If you just need a place to sleep it will do in a pinch but not going back here again. If you stay, recommend taking pictures of the room upon checking in for proof of damage was already there so you won’t get charged.

Positive: The pool and hot tub were nice. Thd pool was a tad chilly but refreshing. The hot tub was great. Only had breakfast bars in the morning, but that was fine. I snagged a couple and they were good. Negative: ""

Had a great time! Had privacy and understanding. Glad to have stayed. P.s. and the pool and Jacuzzi were amazing!!! Top tier staff as well.
