Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Niagara Falls/Buffalo

Great budget friendly hotel. Stayed a night to save an hour & a half drive at 5am on a Saturday w/ or 11 & 12yo sons for a wrestling tournament. Rooms were big, 2 queen beds were comfy & firm, and they’ve been updated recently. Scott at the front for check in was great, & the quick breakfast was as limited but decent. Overall fantastic for a budget friendly hotel. Cons: Could hear some slight road noise, but it wasn’t too bad. The bathroom was a little on the small side, but made room for a sitting area & couch in the room itself.

All and all it was ok. The floors had not been swept or mopped in awhile. There was debris along the baseboards and in the corners. Long black hairs here and there. I have short blond hair. There was dust on the coffee machine, where the microwave is and on lamps. The bed seemed nice and clean so I kept my shoes on to walk around, and dusted what I touched. I wondered if the switches and remote had been sanitized. The man at the front desk was very nice and polite. |The breakfast was ok. At least they had hard boiled eggs for protein.

This place was kind of a joke. We were “upgraded” to a king suite, which initially sounded great—who doesn’t like a free upgrade? Unfortunately, this one wasn’t it. When we got to our room, there was broken glass and a random pair of boots sitting outside the door, which immediately set a bad tone. The so-called suite was disappointing—it was really just a standard room with a king bed and a jacuzzi tub surrounded by mirrors. Nothing about it felt like a true suite. Breakfast was just okay at best. The pancake machine was broken, which was the main attraction, and the remaining options—breads and bagels—tasted bland and stale. Another letdown. The price is cheap, which is the upside, but you definitely get what you pay for. Overall, this place is a solid 3 stars, maybe closer to 2.5.

Arrived the first night & the jets wouldn’t turn on. We called the front desk & the very kind lady with the curly black hair let us know they’ve been having problems with that room(why still rent it out if you’re having issues? That’s beside the point). She told us to keep fiddling with it & it should work. We did that for about 15-20minutes & it still was not working. We called back to the front desk, the one lady came to our room & tried to get it to work but couldn’t. She said the best thing she could do was get us into another room tomorrow morning since all of the other jacuzzi rooms were booked out for the night. We agreed, no problem. The next morning we got transferred to the different room, & the jacuzzi worked. The next day, when we got into the jacuzzi everything worked well aga
