1-Star Review – Avoid at All Costs This place is an absolute nightmare. Bugs everywhere. Not one, not two — everywhere. The room was disgusting and felt like a literal dungeon. Poor lighting, terrible smell, zero ambience. You couldn’t pay me to relax there. Management? Even worse. Nick Patel (manager) was completely unprofessional. Instead of taking accountability for the horrible room conditions, he tried to argue with me about it — like I was making it up. No apology. No urgency. No solution. And to top it off, I never received my money back. Overpriced, unsanitary, and poorly managed. If you value your money and your peace of mind, book somewhere else.

Positive: Location Negative: The Microwave kept triggering the Power Surge Protector and going off and i kept asking the staff to come look at it but they never came for a whole week. They had a sticker on the wall that said they change the sheets every 3 days but they never changed.

Turned down bed covers. Uncovered 2 poo smears. Picture below.||||Elevator not working. Asked for a non-smoking room, but not on the 3rd floor. Couldn't accommodate. (age 67, bad knees & hip w/ heavy luggage.||||Went down for breakfast. They only had 3 dry oatmeal packets, juice & coffee. I feel as if I had paid to get a breakfast & they had none.

Avoid this place. No towels, no microwave, no coffee maker, no top sheet on one of the beds. Questionable stains and visible dirt on the blankets. No continental breakfast. Strong smell of weed throughout the building. We called the front desk to request towels; the front desk was brusque. The towels never arrived. We're still waiting for our towels. Good luck getting towels.

On arrival they didn't have our reservations correct and offered a double (it was on valentines mind you and it was me and my fiance). They did, however, come running out when we declined and said they would clean a room with a king if we could come back in an hour. Once we did get to our room we were not pleased as it looked nothing like what we reserved. The advertised pictures are not as they appear! There were cigarette burns on the bed, lights did not work....it was like that of a mental hospital room! If you want coffee in the morning, you better be at the front desk by 9:00 or there is none and no breakfast at all as advertised! Very displeased and will NEVER COME BACK HERE! I stay in a lot of hotels with a low budget and this one is one of the lowest on my scale.
