Days Inn by Wyndham Lebanon

Had a recent 2 day stay in Lebanon TN after being over the road for 10 days and desperately needed a break out of the semi. Limited truck parking but staff was accommodating, welcoming and we made it work. I would call first to ensure they have space. Let me start off by saying it was a great price. I give 5 stars to affordable nice hotels who don't rip off the working class. Spent $130 for 2 night stay vs. $130 a night like the Holdiay Inn next door! The room was spotless, bed was comfy, fridge and microwave, lovely , homey decorations which was a breath of fresh air. Pretty good Continental breakfast. The location is great. Walking distance right next door to Cuerno Mexican grill and Shoneys. Both were excellent and so yummy for a great price. Will definitely be back when we are in

Booked online. Upon arrival I opened the room door and was overwhelmed by the mildew smell. The carpet was dirty looking and the bedspread smelled of mildew. The overall appearance of the room was sketchy at best! The mattress cover had stains and I immediately went to the desk and told them I was not staying and required a refund. The desk clerk offered a different room but agreed to the cancellation after I assured him I would not be comfortable staying there. Skip this one in Lebanon!

The entire facility was dirty, unkept and smelled like a trash can. We came with our 3 young daughters. We tried to give it a chance but we walked in to our room and found bugs all over. Ants and cockroaches on the wall and the bathroom. Stained carpet, stained bedding and the main lights wouldn’t even turn on. The lamps were filthy and had not been cleaned. It looked like sticky liquid was on them and never got cleaned off. The entire room also just reaked and was so hot. We also just didn’t feel safe having our kids here. There were construction workers outside that were peeing in bushes that my 5 year old daughter saw. Not family friendly, extremely unclean and just very disappointed as we had to leave in the middle of the night to try to find something suitable for our family. Would no

The location of this hotel would be great if it didn’t have a ton of other problems. Immediately walking to our room, we noticed people screaming, construction workers hanging out/smoking, and people drinking and being loud. We looked past it thinking it’s a Friday night and we are close to Nashville. As we walked into our room, it had a weird smell. I immediately noticed stains all over the bed and walls. Later as we were trying to sleep we felt stuff crawling on us. It was so unsettling we left. Luckily, they gave us a refund but this hotel is poorly managed, has bugs, and gross stains all over the walls. Avoid this place at all costs.
