Days Inn by Wyndham Harrisonburg

Room was nice staff was nice when checked in got stranded due to snow storm. They had their parking lot plowed once. While it was still snowing. But they haven’t been back. Staff is being rude. Saying there’s nothing they can do that their parking is a hot mess no one can get their vehicle out of the parking lot and if they can they can’t get back in. Steps are not cleaned off. Walk way is slippery. And they are just sitting in the office playing on their phones. Not trying to get their parking lot clean. Highly disappointed

I would never recommend this motel to anyone stay away from this place. The parking lot is grungy the lobby wasn't very clean I can't tell you about the room because I didn't get that far. The front desk clerk had an attitude as soon as I walk through the door and it only got worse from there. I have never met someone so rude in the hospitality business in my life if she was my employee she would have been fired on the spot. She informed me of the price of the room and then that there was a security deposit. Which wasn't a problem except the fact that when I told her I just never heard of that before and she said something snotty to me I can't remember exactly what she said but then it got worse because I wanted to put the security deposit on a separate credit card. I was recently in town for a funeral. Where I usually stay was full. So I went to the Days inn because it was convenient location. I have never met a more rude and unprofessional person as I did when I walked in the lobby of the Days inn. As soon as I walked in she had a shity attitude. It only got worse when I wanted to put the room on One credit card and the security deposit on another credit card. It only got worse when their credit card reader wasn't working properly. I can't tell you about the rooms because I didn't make it inside of one but if the rooms or anything like the lobby or the parking lot then they must be pretty nasty. The young lady working the front desk needs to find another profession because hospitality is not her best feature. I'm not sure if they are listed with the

Needed over night for long trip. Great location, clean and affordable. Breakfast was good, shower good.

Really clean. Great AC. Awesome price. Large Television. Would have been 5 star except the room doors were really tight,hard to open and close. Was extremely loud when people entered and exited all night. Hard to sleep. We spent a Saturday night during college football season, might not be as bad during the week. Would stay again, with ear plugs. Beds were comfortable.
