Days Inn by Wyndham Grand Forks Columbia Mall

Nice 1 night stay we had. Really friendly staff simple checkout and the room was freshly clean when we entered. Pool and hottub were enjoyable, clean and comfortable. Would stay again!

The Days Inn has been part of our family travels for years, but this was such a lit experience I had to share. We brought two of our grands, a daughter and our dog for a family event. From the beginning there was a great experience. Michelle took great care of us even though Travelocity mangled our reservation. Then on arrival we had some minor issues what Sydney sorted out. This place feels like home, from the great service, amazing breakfast options, and a location in the heart of the Columbia Mall area near our favorite stores, Menards, Scheels and Texas Roadhouse. Thank you for the hospitality and now our go to in the Forks.

Positive: The room was up to date except the bath room. The bathrood was good and served it's purpose but could use some updates. Negative: ""

Rooms were spacious and quiet. The double glass kept the heat in the room and the internet was phenomenal. Only downside was finding an old slice of pizza behind the nightstand and an unused diaper behind the TV.

When we first arrived, they tried putting us in a dirty room, we got a clean room. They then charged my card 3 separate times claiming the first charge never went through. Blamed me and my partner for water damages to the room below us. We simply took showers. Also claimed our room smelled like weed. Me and my partner don’t smoke, told us we had to leave the room or cops would be called. Will not be back and will not refer anyone to them.
