Days Inn by Wyndham El Paso West

This place was excellent right off the freeway. I was coming from a very long trip and this was a perfect day,, the rooms are very clean. Everything looked right. I took my puppies and they are puppy friendly $$$ I got a good deal online so that was even better! It seems like a lot of people stop there on their transition. It feels like it’s a good spot!! and I mean that you don’t have to go into town and look around. It’s right off the freeway.!! Their breakfast is more continental so don’t expect wow a lot!! Thank you! 😊

Made a point to review this place since I saw a lot of negative comments about it. We arrived about 7 pm and went to the front desk where the clerk handled us respectfully nothing negative or positive. He did ask if we wanted 1st or 2nd floor which I appreciated and since we were only staying one night said downstairs so I could get my stuff in quick and yes they do have an elevator for the 2nd floor. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were in good shape and I got a really good sleep. The TV was huge and had an excellent picture and the room had a decent size fridge with micro. The room had just a shower no tub but I liked it. They did a good job with the design and it is a type that they can clean easily. Not a good experience with this place. The room was decent. The price was not what was listed online. We’ve never been charged so much for our pets at any place we have stayed and we are traveling workers. I’ve been staying in hotels for over 3 years. We were told we were going to start being charged when our keys wouldn’t work and had to get new keys. Can’t keep them in your wallet, your pocket or your purse. Where should I keep it then? We got yelled at for walking on a wet sidewalk that wasn’t clearly marked “wet” or “closed”. You have to give a $200 cash deposit that they tried to keep saying we smoked in the room. We did not smoke in the room, I picked up after my dogs every time they went potty. I had all the trash gathered in a big bag, stripped the beds and had all the towels in a

Remodeled and clean. Good customer service. Nothing really to complain about aside from maybe upgrading the TVs to smart TVs and location is near a highway so there’s some road noise. Aside from that you can’t beat the price for what you get. Would stay again.
