Days Inn by Wyndham El Paso Airport East

Man... hotels gone wrong. Right idea wrong execution. I remember a day when days in was one of THE places to stay when it came to budget and this is... atrocious. Showers that scream home renovation ran out of funding, dusty floor rooms.. leaky tubs.. no extra chairs honestly shocked there was a fridge. No hair dryer (remember hotel air dryers?) Not even a shower curtian. Great to get out of the truck but honestly id rather be at loves.. ac barely worked. The staff is friendly. But the tubs... I feel like the company spent so much on fake "marble" or whatever it is that they forgot warm water, shower curtains and properly draining (and looking!) Tubs are important too. This one looked ran thru like crazy... oh and let's not forget the phone isnt connected and doesn't have any button so e

Positive: Nothing Negative: Bedbugs, roaches, and every other time I left the room had to get key card updated. Rude people work there.

I'll never stay here again! Booked a non-smoking, king bed room. Got a smoking room with 2 full beds. We were too exhausted after driving all day to even bother getting it fixed.||||The smoke detector was covered by a plastic bag. There was a wall that was in the middle of being repaired that was left unpainted. The place was very run down and smelled. The grab and go breakfast was cold coffee and juice. And the pool was drained and seemed like it hadn't been open for years.||||The cost was great but still not worth it!

Leaky shower head and bathroom ceiling peeling. The tub is very soapy and hard to stand up without falling. No non slip mat.

I was transferred to four different rooms first room had stagnant water in bathtub second room had already people in it third room had no hot water no shower curtain no phone in room fourth room. I don’t know if they provide irons and blow dryers but one of the rooms had a blow dryer that I was moved from. I’ve called the office or front desk twice And been told that the iron is being used by a tenant So if you’re thinking of renting a room here do not the place is horrible. It’s filthy the rooms have bugs. The doors don’t secure. The pool does not have water. The complementary breakfast is nonexistent. Wyndham should be ashamed of having their name on this property. The employees are incompetent uninformed about their work, uninformed about any amenities at this place might have so again
