Positive: location thats it Negative: had a 5 min wait to check in NO ONE AT RONT DESK. room bathroom was nasty and from the 70s without repairs. walls in rool paint missing. box springs was falling apart cloth hanging of of it. holes in blankets and bed cover with stains

DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL ! They will try to defraud you. I booked a reservation through Priceline for 06/10 and 6/11 for my brother, reservation paid in full. When my brother presented for his stay the afternoon of 6/10, the desk clerk claimed that since my brother could not present my credit card in person (credit card used for the reservation) we needed to send a Zelle payment to one of two random phone numbers he gave us (317) 209 7711 or 312 415 7183. One of these numbers came up in Zelle to Ashley Janousek, who the hell is that? This all sounded very suspicious to me. I contacted Priceline who confirmed NEVER EVER give money to a third party and pay by Zelle. Also, this desk clerk claimed he had cancelled my reservation, he had not. I promptly cancelled the reservation with Priceline,

I’m a travel teacher and booked this 3 times in an 8 day span. The first time was for 1 night as I had put the wrong start date in my reservation. I was given a first floor room with a king size bed. The refrigerator had a freezer, the bathroom was nice. The second was my actual reservation that I had requested a first floor room with a bathtub due to arthritis in my knees. When I checked in it was an upstairs room. The stairs are very dangerous with loose pieces that snag, the dryer hose needs to be cleaned out as I did laundry Saturday and after $4 and an hour and a half my light load (tights, dress pants, underwear, and tshirts)was still not dry. I was going to use the “workout room” while my laundry was washing, but the door was locked so the workout room was not available. The carpet

I rarely post anything negative and I'm going to stay as positive as I can be.......We had to change our booking.com reservations late to be in Anderson Indiana from another town and this was the cheapest one that was in town That late in the game.....This hotel is worn and needs updating...I feel our room wasn't cleaned before we checked in.**NO BUG'S < or> evidence there were any**,Carpets stained in areas of our room and Hallways,Drug smoking in next room when we got there to our door but thankfully it didn't permeate through walls into our room,Rear Entrance door to property has NO locking capabilities for use of a room key so anyone can come in ... Breakfast was OK but juice machine was broken and i would have thought at the least they could have gone out and gotten some small juice b

VERY dirty and dingy. Dirt everywhere. Stains on the bedding. Even saw blood stain on the bedspread. And there are bed bugs. Started getting bit almost immediately just from sitting on the bed. Couldn't get out of there fast enough. The only barely decent aspect was the clerk who was polite, quickly gave us a refund, and checked to make sure the bug bites weren't too bad.
