Countryside Village

This place could use some care. The roads are horrible and there are lots of empty trailers. Looks very trashy.

It is a nice place. Quite and kept up fairly well. Management has not always been great and seems to change every couple of years here recently. It is under new ownership and management just of this year. Edit: A corporation bought it. After that rent has gone up every year. They just raised it again November 2025 before the Holidays. Corporate greed on full display. All of the local managers have been let go. Nothing has been fixed. The water was shut off six times in a years time. Why corporations are taking over of everything is beyond me, all I know is that is hurts all of us little people.

Very clean, quiet, cozy kinda place. Friendly neighbors who aren't nosey. Nothing but good things to say. Great view for sunsets.

They have really let this place go, they raze the rent and don't fix up nothing. It is getting ready bad. They don't even fix the lights, That's getting real lazy. And they don't care. SHAM ON THEM.

Perfect Location! Quiet and peaceful, especially at night. Manager is amazing!!!!
