Quality Inn & Suites Anderson I-69

I had a blast. I would 100% come back again. The Staff here are really nice, the free breakfast could be a little bit better and the free Wi-Fi is a lifesaver. The room is nice, the TV works, and the bed is so comfortable I almost forgot what home feels like lol but very true. So yeah, I officially recommend the Quality Inn & Suites in Anderson, Indiana. Come for the hotel, stay for the food, and leave with at least one awesome story 😂

The hotel itself was ok but obviously the location was not great. We had two tires stolen off our vehicle, almost all 4. The staff was not very helpful or compassionate about the situation. I have yet to receive anything from the hotel Manager. The incident was reported to the police. Never again for this place.

I booked for 2 nights unfortunately I didnt get to stay the first night, my fault, to tired to travel after working 16 hours. But the 2nd night, I arrived and the hotel was clean. Checked in and went straight to my room. I checked the bed for any critters and there were none... the room was set up nice and the bathroom was clean and fully stocked with towels, ect... I would definitely recommend. I also enjoyed the hot tub as well. The pool looked fun although I didnt use it. 10/10

All rooms have been remodeled. Ours was large, clean and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was very good and well stocked. The location was quiet and located close to restaurants and shopping. The older customer ratings definitely do not apply now.

During our stay here, the hot tub was closed the whole weekend, this morning (Sunday) as I’m coming back in the building a woman collapsed in breakfast area, so obvious drug use was going on, then to top it all off they have bed bugs in this hotel, below is just some of the bites on my sons hand. Manager tried telling me they have someone come spray once a month, lol if that were so then someone wouldn’t of complained of bed bugs just a month ago in their review, and I sure wouldn’t be right now
