Muncie RV Resort

We have been living at this park full time since September and have paid our monthly rent consistently. In September, we were double charged, which caused overdraft fees and financial damage to our family. I was only made aware of the duplicate charge after my bank contacted me. Despite having documentation showing we are paid through February 24, we were issued a 72-hour notice claiming we are 22 days overdue. There is an active billing dispute regarding the duplicate charge and the overdraft it caused. I attempted to make another payment two days ago but was informed the system was down. I have remained calm and respectful in all communications. Additionally, after an incident near our trailer, I contacted law enforcement at staff’s direction so everything could be properly documented

I love, love, love this place! The customer service is excellent, and the people here are genuinely good. I honestly don’t understand how anyone could rate this place anything less than 5 stars.||They offer laundry service, tons of cool park equipment, and even an inflatable bounce house. There are two fishing ponds—one of them is pretty big—and they’re perfect for relaxing or spending time with family.||If you’re in the area, choose this place. I’m still here as I write this, and my family loves traveling, having fun, and making memories—and this place has given us some of the most beautiful ones.||Thank you to the staff for keeping this place running and for being so kind. You all make it feel like home.

They double-charged me and thought I wouldn’t notice, and when I did, it was a couple of months down the road. But my banking app was down. It took time with my new bank to get it up and running. Anyways, they said they would have noticed right away. Well, I didn’t, and I wish I would have, but they’re refusing to pay me back, and it is completely unacceptable. They managed Terri when I went and talked to her about it. She then started yelling at me and refused to do business with us, and we have never been a problem. Next thing I know, she is driving around our travel trailer multiple times a night for 3 nights when they gave us a 72-hour notice to leave, and we had just paid them $ 914 for the month. They owe us all together $ 1,750. I will be taking them to small claims court. Do not co

I stayed in the yurt at Rjourney in Muncie and loved it! It was clean and comfortable/roomy and adorable and super close to the bathhouse/restrooms. The bathrooms were a little dated but they clean and water in the shower was hot. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I camped with a large group and they were kind and accommodating to all of us. It was a very peaceful weekend. I would definitely come back again especially for a family trip or large group camping. Can’t overstate how cute my yurt was!

Second time we have stayed here and once again a pleasant experience. They were friendly and accommodating. Nice dog park albeit a little small for our larger dogs but grateful they have it. Bathrooms were clean and stocked. Will return again next year!
