Comfort Inn Anderson

Our room was comfortable enough, clean, warm, and everything seemed to work properly. It was quiet and the beds were ok. It looked like some care had gone into the housekeeping's work. Beds were tidy, towels folded and in good condition.

Stay wasn't terrible. Although, there's a lot of work that needs done. Bathroom door wouldn't shut all the way, things falling apart like crazy. Worst part was us realizing the underneath part of our blanket had a huge pee stain. Staff that we dealt with were amazing. They were incredibly understaffed and still trying. A lot of work and a lot of cleaning needs to be done if you decide to go with them prepare to clean your surroundings as you should anyway.

We stayed there before the Indy 500. The rate was decent and the location good as it is right off I-69 and there are plenty of restaurant choices nearby. The front desk person was very helpful. A few things to be aware of include that the beds are relatively small. Breakfast wasn't available until 7 am on Sunday morning. That might be ok on a normal Sunday, but too last for race day.

This location is literally my home away from home. It's Clean & Quiet and all the staff are very nice, attentive & accommodating. I've stayed so much they know me. Thank you and keep up the good work to help the building to be in its best shape possible, I appreciate all the updates too! Lots have changed in the lobby and it's looking great. Definitely run down and old, our carpet was SO sticky :( My Dad just moved to the area and we will not stay here again. Will try the Holiday Inn or Hampton down the road next time. The bed was comfy but I was afraid to touch anything in the room, everything was ick but the fridge, I think that was new. I didn't even shower there I was kinda grossed out. Reception was nice and friendly!!
