Best Western Plus Anderson

The proximity to Cracker Barrel allowed us to walk for dinner. Breakfast was hot with the best selection I’ve ever seen. The room was clean & Kristen at the front desk was very attentive to ensure our needs were met. We’d be happy to stay here again & probably will in our travels!

For someone that is always on the road and pretty much lives in hotels. I have to give this one 5 stars. I stayed at Fairfield in and Holiday Inn here in Anderson and moved because this hotel is kept clean. Has cameras watching the parking lot, the staff are always polite and management will go out of their way to accommodate guest to keep them their or coming back. One of the only hotels that actually have staff make your breakfast plate so a hundred other people haven't touched everything you touch. Highly recommended.

This Best Western is the best hotel I have stayed at. My family and I have been staying here over the New Year's holiday for the past several years. We always find the rooms, common areas, and pool area clean and in working order. The breakfast is stocked full of delicious varieties of options, meeting all dietary restrictions. Every member of staff is attentive and polite.

Positive: Everyone and everything just a fee hairs in one of the beds. Negative: Just one bed had hair in the sheets. Other. Than that it was nice.

I stayed at Best Western Plus 11/15/2025. Upon checking in I let the assistant manger know that it was my daughter's birthday & he asked how many little girls were staying the night & I let him know 2 little girls would be staying the night. I reserved the junior suite so we would have enough room. I also personally knew the front desk lady Kristen & she let me know that she was working all evening and I could have a birthday party for my daughter that she was able to authorize permission. She said since we has a party last year & cleaned up it was no issue. She not only told me this but my mother as well. While we were sitting up the party several workers had walked by including the assistant, manager, Kristen, & even maintenance staff. At no point did anyone tell me I couldn't have a bi
