**Have been staying here a week** **Ended up staying a month** So initially was turned off because the manager said he only had a room with no TV but was nice enough to give a 10$ discount. He also moved me to a room with TV the next day. During my stay the owners have been hella flexible with rent and let me pay half in the afternoon and half at night. Most of the rooms are newly renovated and the halls, bathrooms, showers are kept clean. Overall been one of the better experiences I've had staying in the hotels around here. Much better than Sunnyside, Civic Center or The Western.

I like this place and have never really had a bad experience here. Pricing is reasonable - usually around $60/night. I've never seen any significant bug issues here, bedding is clean (not the case for many of its competitors), and management / employees are generally friendly and rational (again, not the case for many of its competitors). My only real complaints are fairly minor - would be nice to have either hooks to hang up clothing or closets or dressers. The location is a bit farther from the tenderloin drug culture and a bit closer to Union Square and the rest of downtown. For out of town travelers, this is likely a big plus. I recommend the Dahlia and wish you happy travels and a pleasant stay.

For the price this is by far the best hotel in San Francisco. Checkout isn't untill 2 or so, on days I didn't have enough money to pay they had no problem letting me pay late or even the next day. 60$ a night gets you a room but you have to share the bathroom. Bathrooms are kept very clean and I did not have any issues waiting for a bathroom to open I believe there is 4 bathrooms. 2 days later I moved to the bigger room for 80 which had its own bathroom. I have no plans on leaving this hotel any time soon I feel very much at home here

Ive been here almost a month now and in that short period have gotten pretty cool with the staff and manager here, there's been days where I haven't been able to pay the full amount and each time there were understanding and always worked with me and trusted my word that I will pay what I owe and I always do. It's so hard finding an apartment in San Francisco especially because of the fact I don't get a big paycheck every two weeks like most people with a job, I sell clothes online so I get paid every couple of days so it's almost impossible to be able to have enough for a down payment and fist and last month to move in to an apartment so to be able to find a place that's a decent price (80$) a night (90$) if you want your own bathroom and are extremely kind and understanding is a rare fi

Let me first say that I don’t stay here at this hotel which is also a S.R.O my husband does. But I wanna say that Danny and his Wife are freaking amazing!! Any issues I have ever had or if anything was out of place the asdressed it immediately. Danny is very respectful and kind. His wife is very amazing as well. So today my husband package was delivered by amazon and the delivery guy threw my husband package over the locked gate and didn’t wait for anyone to buzz him in. Luckily his wife happened to look at the camera screens and seen the driver do that so she went down and picked his package up and put it in the office. It could of easily been stolen but the kindness and caring spirit of Danny wife is the reason my husband has his package today. You guys are great and if I had any family
