Crowne Plaza Richmond Downtown

They had construction going on which was kind of annoying and inconvenient, but it can't be helped. Otherwise, the workers were very nice and helpful, and our bedroom was great. The bathroom has amazing lighting and with a shower and bathtub with amazing water pressure. The bedroom has a microwave, a mini fridge, and a flat screen TV with cable. There is also a very nice pool and jacuzzi. They serve breakfast and dinner, though it does not come with the room.

Currently under construction and is in the process of complete renovation. The dust seems to be paying off through as the appearance and cleanliness of the the rooms has improved dramatically since my stay a few short months ago. The staff is the friendliest and most helpful of any Crown property I have stayed at. The renovated rooms are a steal and will likely draw a much higher rate when the updates have been completed throughout the hotel. The downtown location coupled with their shuttle service makes this a most convenient location. It is within walking distance or a short ride from some of the best dinning and entertainment in the Richmond area.

On my 3rd day of my 5 day stay. I would like to say Ive enjoyed the restaurant and the bar quiet a bit. The staff has been helpful. The hot tune and pool were nice as well. The rooms are a little small and the bathroom could have been cleaner. Overall through its been a good experience. I would suggest to people on a budget (120ish) who might also want amenities at your location try them out.

Wonderful, clean hotel with extraordinary staff! Everyone was friendly, welcoming and went above and beyond. Breakfast was delightful and plenty of options. Pool was crystal clear, hot tub was nice and bubbly, but a bit too far on the hot side. We mentioned that, and they added some cold water to make it just right! Check in and out was easy. I will absolutely stay at this hotel again!!

The staff were the absolute friendliest. One man in particular started conversation with me and many others each day we were there. He always had a smile and made us feel welcomed. Rooms were clean and spacious with decent views of Richmond. Overall a very good hotel.
