Creekside Lodge

It was a perfect quiet weekend getaway for me and my husband. Our room was nice and clean. The ladies who run the place were very pleasant and helpful. The creek behind was a happy bonus. I would highly recommend the place to anyone.

I have stayed at Maggie Valley Creekside Lodge for at least 7 times. Have NEVER been disappointed. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. My last visit was in September 2023, and I will be headed that way again this September. Have never had any problems, and I know IF there was ever any, it would be taken care of immediately. This is a family-owned lodge, and they treat you like family. I always reserve a second-floor room overlooking Jonathan Creek - it's a beautiful running babbling brook!! Each room located by the creek has two rocking chairs for you to sit and enjoy the nature God has given that area. I highly recommend staying at Maggie Valley Creekside Lodge! And when you do, make sure you stop to say hello to Gracie, such a beautiful friendly dog.

I made no less than 5 attempts, over 6 days, to get attention from this establishment with no help and no calls back. All calls go to voicemail except 1 time where I was told that only "Carol" could help a group room request. We were looking for up to 10 rooms. No call back at all. Left all messages for the attention of Carol. Nothing. I was told she would be available to help the next day. Very frustrating. I'm moving on to one of the other 70 Hotel/Motels in the area. Looks like the ideal spot for our group. I'll never know now.

Diana was a jewel. Very nice and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. The balcony was nice and had privacy fence and a view of the creek. Fire pits out back and huge pavilion out front with plenty of seating. As a biker, I like to see security cameras. I didn't notice any covering the lot. They do have a guest laundry room. That is very handy. Great place. Will return.
