The only thing good about this hotel are the staff. The prices of their food is outrageous! 6.50 for a bagel. The pool is horrible and I had to wait til after 2 yesterday for our room to get cleaned. I will NEVER stay here again. Oh and bring your own pillows because if you don't you won't get any sleep. I didnt!.

Horrible! This hotel is rated high on Tripadvisor, but look at the most recent reviews and you will see 7 out of 10 are bad. What does that say? Bad manager! DON’T STAY HERE! I’m in hotels 100+ nights/year with most of my stays at Marriott hotels. This is one of the worst managed hotel properties I’ve ever been at. I had a room on 2nd floor right above the lobby with non-working Wi-Fi. There was a good signal on the meeting room network and when I asked if I could have a password, the front desk refused and told me their IT department would call in a few minutes. The call never came after being there 2 hours. I went to use the pool and hot tub and found there were no towels. Went to the front desk, where the day-shift Manager was, and she told me “they” would bring down towels immediatel

Every year we host an event called CouplesGiving — a play on Thanksgiving where couples gather to celebrate love, unity, and appreciation for one another. This year, we had the privilege of returning to the Marriott, and our experience was truly elevated because of one remarkable individual: Steven at the front desk. The place is falling apart. Elevelators did not work, at all. The only reasons why I booked this specific hotel over others in the area was the indoor pool and the Jacuzzi, which were also closed "for repairs". The room was gross and stained all over. The bed and the chair were both very uncomfortable. The bathroom had random hairs all over on the floor and shower. TV was very small and so was the fridge. The fridge was missing the internal pieces rending it almost useless. The security latch was broken like someone attempted to previously break into the room. ||The elevation, the pool and the jacuzzi should have been updated to not functioning. The staff, who were very nice, stated that they know about the issues and they believe that it's in the process of having someone fix it but they

Maya made our stay for the weekend very accommodating and met all of our needs in a hotel. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable as we were in town for a swim meet. She was always smiling and an excellent addition to your staff! Best guest services we’ve ever had at a hotel! The housekeeping staff worked quickly to get us dry towels and were very pleasant. The workers at the Bistro also made our mornings easy with a smile and fresh coffee. We had to praise and give your staff for our weekend at five star rating. Everyone was so pleasant and deserves to know that they made our stay a memorable and pleasant one! Thank you to Maya and staff!
