Courtyard by Marriott Winchester Medical Center

I genuinely can't leave a positive enough review. I've been twice, both times SO clean and friendly. The gentleman at the front even remembered me. Rooms are very comfortable and every drink or food option I've had has been great. Could not recommend enough!

Positive: Location Negative: We booked a king size bed with a sofa sleeper and was put in a handicapped room completely different than what we booked. We didn’t worry about it since it was for one night. But the bed was low and the shower was really low for two 5’8” people :(

I stayed at this unit for 3 nights recently. And for the mid-level hotel that it is, this is a perfectly fine place to stay. I have absolutely nothing to complain about. The check-in was efficient. The hotel was immaculate. My room was put together well with all the amenities that are standard - excellent wi-fi, TV with many channels, clean efficient bathroom with a working shower, coffee maker, etc. Everything worked. There is a Starbucks in the lobby that serves excellent coffee, breakfast and snacks. Check-out was efficient. Location was slightly outside of town, but really just a few minute drive (except during rush hour!)

The room, people, and facility were nice but I could not sleep! The heat/AC in the room was so loud and would rattle. Woke me up multiple times. Called the front desk who made recommendations but basically had to fiddle with the controls but the best I could do was the fan staying on continuously without the rattling. A hotel can be perfect in every way but you have to be able to sleep.

A very clean and well-run hotel. The staff was extra friendly and went out of their way to assist my needs. This hotel is located very close to Historic Winchester, and a few minutes' drive. There are a number of standard commercial restaurants in easy driving distance, and as well as local restaurants in Historic Winchester. ||When I visit Winchester again, I will be staying at this property again. In my opinion this hotel meets Marriotts standards and well passes them.
