I'm glad I chose this property despite reviews I've read. I called hotel before booking reservation. i spoke with Danny who gave me updated, current info on property that tipped the scale for me to book this Courtyard. Check-in was fast and graceful. Hannah (I hope that's her name) was very upbeat, courteous, and acknowledged my Marriott status. I observed her positively greeting guests returning to the hotel. Room was very renovated new and nice. There was renovation project ongoing but not problematic. Danny assisted w/checkout process that was fast and smooth. I shared positive comments on stay and elite welcome gift that was clever and well-thought. I highly recommend this property for its welcoming staff and newly renovated rooms! Location is good outside of downtown that is small. Pr

Great hotel, very clean, appears to have been recently renovated, good clean/safe location (near grocery stores/restaurants), bed and pillows very soft/comfortable. I had a minor issue with my reservation and Selena at the front desk was VERY helpful (she went above and beyond to help me). The only con: No free breakfast, you have to pay extra $. Other than that, its a 9 out of 10

Average stay. What’s disappointing was that my previous cancelled booking was unexpectedly charged by the hotel when it had free cancellation and I cancelled it before the penalty date. The unnecessary transaction caused me to lose out due to the currency exchange rate which could be avoided as it was no fault on my own. This is not very fair to me but grateful for the front desk for their help.

The hotel's design is exactly what you'd expect from a Courtyard. The bed was very comfortable, as is typical of a Marriott property. The room was relatively quiet, but the fridge was somewhat noisy, and the HVAC unit was very noisy. The rooms are spacious, and perhaps for that reason, the TV sits atop of a piece of furniture (rather than being mounted to the wall) and thus the HDMI ports are readily accessible if you want to hook-up your own streaming device. However, accepting the terms and conditions on the Wifi is difficult, so bring a travel router if you want to do that. The hotel is in a good location next to the freeway and very near the Costco (which has the best prices on gas in the area). When the hotel is full, the parking lot can fill up in the evening, and it can be a ch

First off, anybody who wants to give less than 5 stars to this establishment, get a life and off your entitled horse. You are not entitled and are no better than anyone here and actually, not even as good or even close. This hotel has very nice rooms but the most important thing to me is the staff. I am bad with names so please forgive me. I had a conversation with Ailsa (Assistant General Manager) and my gosh what a wonderful individual. So kind, so gracious, and all about top notch customer service and meeting the customers needs. She goes above and beyond. The rest of the staff was also amazing. Not one bad experience throughout my stay. Every single person I met was top notch and beyond amazing and all of them go above and beyond. So for those of you who did give 5 stars, hats off to y
