Courtyard by Marriott Rochester Mayo Clinic Area/Saint Marys

Came to the clinic to have a procedure done with a family. when we arrived We were greeted by the front desk and treated with such kind kindness and professionalism. Very clear directions and information about the hotel in the area got up to the room. The room is very clean. Maintenance seems to be doing a good job with keeping up on the property. We decided to go down to the restaurant for dinner and got a very good meal everything is prepared fresh they have a great selection of wine and other beverages available for guests and they do dine in room service and takeout, which has been super helpful during your day. I will be returning to this establishment. It’s like home away from home. I will recommend everybody I know to come here.

Exceptional service from Check-In to Check-Out. Friendly, accommodating staff who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was one less thing to worry about while loved one was hospitalized at Mayo, St Mary’s Hospital just across the street. The housekeeping staff keep the guest rooms spotless while responding to every need. Convenient coin operated laundry, Starbucks, friendly bar, and Saints on Second restaurant serves delicious food!

We stayed at the Courtyard last week. My father was in St. Mary's. The staff was so kind. My oversized vehicle would not fit in the garage, they gave me a ground parking spot. We needed to use the laundry after hours. Nicole at the front desk and another lady (sorry, I forgot your name) let me quietly in and out of the laundry room. The rooms were spacious and clean. The customer service was fabulous. Thank you Courtyard for making a difficult time for us, a little easier.

Positive: Up top hotel with very high standard of cleanliness. The room was high quality with great amenities. Negative: You have to pay 16$ for parking and the breakfast is gonna cost you a lot.. think like having a breakfast in Starbucks.

Came here for a business trip . Courtyards are my go to place for Marriott properties. This specific establishment has unique qualities and attentive staff. over all a very clean room and great food in the restaurant they have on site which most Courtyards do NOT have! will be BACK!
