Courtyard by Marriott El Paso Downtown/Convention Center

Super easy access off I-10. Parking garage attached with elevator access direct to your floor. We've stayed twice. Our first room had a city view with birdseye view of an old building (maybe a museum?)and the second time we had pool view. Beds are super comfortable and the water pressure in shower was fantastic.

Very nice and well maintained hotel. The rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. The view from our room overlooking the pool and towards the mountains was beautiful. Customer service was great from front desk and all employees were helpful and friendly. Area around the hotel is nice and felt safe. Walkable to restaurants and downtown. Great value compared to other hotels in the area. Would definitely stay here again.

Positive: The room was great for the most part. Our room was close to the freeway so there was some road noise. Negative: On the first night stay, the room that we stayed in the bathroom door was difficult to close & open due the door rubbing on the tile. I told the front desk staff about it the next morning and it seemed she was a little annoyed that I had a complaint.

I recently stayed at the Marriott Courtyard El Paso Downtown/Convention Center in El Paso, Texas and encountered a series of alarming failures that fell far below the standards expected from a Marriott property. As a loyal Bonvoy member, I’ve come to rely on Marriott’s reputation for exceptional customer care and seamless stays. This hotel is ok depending on your needs. The room I had was small and clean. The bed was comfortable. There was nothing preventing sound passing through from the outside freeway and neighboring rooms. It was a loud night. The staff were not very helpful with requests. I tried to use my elite for late checkout and was denied. I was also charge for the parking garage even though I did not come with a car. They refused to remove the charges.
