Courtyard by Marriott Cocoa Beach Cape Canaveral

Cannot emphasize enough that this is the best service I have ever had at a hotel. Every single staff interaction was SO helpful, friendly and kind. It made our stay sooooo much better. The hotel and room itself was clean and had great temperature controls. Gym was good. Did not use the pool area but it looked well kept. We ate at the bistro for lunch and the food was good as well. They even have transfer to the cruise terminal for $10 per person for one way. Would highly recommend staying here!!!

Stayed one night prior to a cruise departing Cape Canaveral cruise port. Stay was fine---fast, friendly check in and room ready; room was spacious, recently refurbished, comfortable bed, sofa bed and desk; bathroom was on small side and had tub/shower combo (strongly prefer walk in shower) and only one basin; bistro/bar was convenient. Only issues were: difficult to access entrance to hotel and parking was inadequate (they blocked off quite a few spots on north side of hotel), while desktop PCs in lobby were not working (told to use business center at neighboring Hilton!!!!). Generally a good stay and convenient for cruise passengers.

We rented two rooms, one facing the ocean and one the river. Both were clean and comfortable. Our king size room had space for us all to gather as we decided on what to do for the day. The pool area is beautiful and cool. The staff is attentive and polite. We ordered room service one night and had breakfast every morning (both yum!). All in all it as great hotel that is close to everything but with enough going on you really don't need to leave it.

Dhara at the front desk was awesome!! I arrived early, wanting to do an early check in. Dhara was extremely courteous and professional. She bent over backwards to help me out. As soon as a room became available, Dhara went looking for me and got me set up quick. Dhara deserves recongnition for her professionalism.

I had a fantastic stay here! The entire hotel was spotless, and the team at check-in couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful. I also want to give a huge shoutout to Jenn from the poolside bar (who later helped inside as well). She was absolutely incredible — genuinely fun to talk with, attentive without ever feeling over the top, and hands-down provided the best service I experienced on the trip. There’s truly no one better than Jenn!
