I'm not sure how this Courtyard can maintain a Marriott lable. I've never experienced such poor customer service and lack of cleanliness in a Marriott brand hotel. There was trash on the floor at our arrival, dust/dirt on the furniture, and dead bugs laying around the fridge. The apathetic front desk guy was visibly unhappy to rise from his chair at our arrival and the one girl working at the restaurant never bothered getting up from her chair behind the register. When asked to see a kids menu, she said they "didn't have one printed... We have like chicken and that's it". I ordered a grilled cheese and tomato soup ($14) and watched her microwave a paper cup of soup and burnt toast and a slice of cheese -no "grill" in this dried piece of cement. NO WIFI and NO Streaming - when I called the

I was in town for business, and this property was a good location for the work at a great rate, plus I knew I could get food there if I needed. I was pleasantly surprised by the updated lobby and room furnishings, and found it comfortable overall, but somebody really likes to stay cold because the AC in the hallways and room were blasting on a humid/hot day (I had to turn it down in the room). |I was happy with the room overall, but I didn't sleep well for some reason and I found the bathroom sterile and outdated. I don't usually choose bathrooms for luxury, but this one just felt lacking compared to the rest of the room. They could have done better. |I did have breakfast at the Bistro in the morning, and it was tasty and well-priced.|I would stay at this property again if in town, because

The room is not well lited even i turn on all the lights in the room. There is no electric kettle for reboiling tap water. Not very suitable for people not used to drink cold tap water. Only 2 bottled water provided by the hotel no matter hiw long u stay. The staff didnt refill the bottled water. The location is quite far away from the center, u need take a bus for 30 minutes or walk by 1 hour. Also not of a good value for a hotel charge you nearly 150 usd per night

A Courtyard that wants to be bougie yet they give you a copy of a copy of a copy of a cut off piece of paper to give you the hotel information at check-in. First thing I walk in and find a warm refrigerator. It’s plugged in, but it’s not running. WiFi is slow and spotty, and keeps dropping. Nothing for breakfast unless you want to spend an arm and a leg at the in-house Starbucks! Only one ice machine in the whole building, first floor, opposite end from my room on the top floor. I guess I got my walk in this morning. Also not the easiest place to get into. I had to go through three parking lots of other hotels that even get here. The night person at check in was very nice and helpful. The uppity day people, including the manager, are unnecessary. I know it’s rough sitting at the Starbucks,

The key card coding machine was down during check-in. Fortunately one came up during the check-in. However, key had to be re-encoded the following day. Room was nicely decorated but furniture appeared worn. In our room, a chunk of computer table's veneer was missing. Tub/shower diverter was not working properly and continued to spray water from the tub's faucet. HVAC filter door was partially open so I took a look. It was disgusting and looks like it hadn't been changed in over a year or longer. Room did not have a microwave. We confirmed with management that none of the rooms in the hotel have microwaves (even though there is a spot above the mini-fridge for one). There was not the usual teas with the coffee or hand lotion next to the soap. Finally, Wi-Fi was barely usable on a Thursday
