Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Warner Robins, GA

We stayed at Country Inn and Suites by Radisson Hotels in Perry GA on 2/27-28/2026. We incurred some problems in room #322. The following problems were incurred: 1. The bathroom toilet tank leaked every time when flushed. 2. The window curtain rod was detached from the ceiling and about to fall on the floor. 3. The bathroom door hinge caused the door to swing open and hit the entry door very hard. This was a substandard room. These issues should have been cleared before it was occupied with another guest. We are very disappointed with our stay at Country in and Suites.

This is a nice place to stay in Warner Robins. It's off the main road so it is quiet. The front desk staff was friendly, the breakfast area was very clean, and the food (scrambled eggs and hashbrowns) was pretty good. The only drawback during my stay was the pillows. They were very flimsy! I would not want to stay here again unless they got new pillows or I had room to pack my own.

Found bed bugs immediately in room 103 today 2-12-2026. Asked for a refund and was told it would be a long hard process. See photos. Will submit to credit card as dispute if needed. Left immediately. The entire room was disgusting. Nothing was even swept. Furniture and curtains in terrible condition!!

The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was fine and the tables were clean. The room was clean and comfortable with one exception. The pillows were awful. As soon as I put my head on one, it went almost completely flat! They need to be replaced with something firmer. For me to stay there again I'd have to bring my own pillows.

I had traveled out of state to attend my aunt’s funeral, so I was already under significant emotional distress. I chose this hotel based on its high ratings (8.4 and 4.1). Unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing and stressful. At approximately 12:30 a.m., I discovered a bedbug on my pillow. I immediately contacted the front desk and spoke with Hunter, who came to the room right away to confirm what I had found. Once confirmed, I gathered my belongings and exited the room. I then met Hunter at the front desk, where he informed me that his off-site manager had already processed a refund. At that point, it was after 1:00 a.m., and no additional assistance or alternatives were offered. I want to be very clear that Hunter was exceptional—professional, compassionate, and clearly do
