Checked in and the room they gave had the smallest alarm chirping. They moved us and gave us a little goodie bag with water and some snacks to say they were sorry. Next day got up and went to breakfast and the hot items were not they actually were cold. I had gone one hour after they opened for breakfast. It appeared that the warming trays / table was not turned on. No came to turn it on and I left with my hot coffee. Came back to the room later that day and found ants on the bathroom floor. Told front desk and we left the room. When we came back later that night it did not appear that they sprayed for the ants as there were still some crawling on the floor. They have gained our loyalty for life!! Not only were the rooms spacious and comfortable, the breakfast hot with so many yummy options, the shuttle convenient and easy to schedule, they also went above and beyond for us when we accidentally forgot our daughters backpack with her tablet in the shuttle. We called them and within about 30 mins we had her backpack delivered to us at the airport so we could get through security before our flight… they even brought even though they didn’t have anyone scheduled for the morning shuttle!! On top of that they were able to provide a crib for our toddler to sleep in which made the night so much easier for all of us. Positive: Breakfast and room Negative: Staff should of stayed home because they sounded sick. They were coughing so much and you could here them coughing while your eating breakfast

Would NOT recommend staying here, especially if you are traveling for work. We booked a total of 5 rooms. We had 2 trucks that each had trailers. We took up a total of 4 parking spaces. The hotel informed us that we can't have trailers in the parking lot, and that we would be charged fees. I called them and they told me that each room gets one free parking spot, but we would still be getting charged because we have trailers. We did not take up anymore than 5 parking spots, so why are we getting charged?? Very disappointed with the customer service.

One night stay needing to catch an next day early flight. Last minute booking, affordable. 5 minutes from airport. Shuttle to airport. All personnel on duty were polite, accommodating. And really gave 110% to accommodating to our family needs. Crib, breakfast, shuttle to airport, luggage delivery to airport a second time since we left it in the shuttle. Thank you for an outstanding effort to helping us out.
