Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Rochester-Pittsford/Brighton, NY

This is hands-down the best Country Inn & Suites that I've encountered in my travels, and the night manager, Mark L., should be commended for much of that! My friend and I checked in late at night, after a long day on the road in the winter, and Mark gave us the warmest welcome and intro to the hotel's amenities. He was knowledgeable, funny, down-to-earth, and extremely helpful in providing us with whatever we needed. I especially loved that they offer guests hot tea/coffee, cereal, yogurt, fruit, and other breakfast items 24/7. It was a welcome touch after being on the road, and fellow guests seemed to enjoy it as well. Our room was very clean, and the beds were comfortable.

A few minor issues we noticed during our recent stay. While none were critical at the time, I thought it might be helpful to note them for maintenance: The bathroom sink drained slowly. Our key cards did not work consistently and needed to be reactivated. The rug in the room was rippled and could use stretching, as it posed a slight trip hazard. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and appreciate your attention to these details.

Positive: The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. My husband left something important behind when we checked out. They were quck to call us to let us know before we were too far down the road. So we were able to return immediately to pick it up. Negative: I wasn't a fan of the shower in our room, but it wouldn't keep me from returning.

I left a Bose EarPod here on a work trip. The manager Bill, was kind enough to mail it to me. Thank you so much! That was a level of service above and beyond. I’ll be back next trip to Rochester! Breakfast was hot, served on time everyday. Rooms are clean, location is good for business; several restaurants and shops within walking distance.

The staff was great and very accommodating to my family. The rooms were clean with snacks(optional to purchase) and towels at arrival time. The front desk checkin-in staff, Roxanne was very polite, professional and guided us to our hotel area to check out rooms once we arrived to the location.
