Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Norcross, GA

When you first pull up to the property there are barely any lights outside so if you’re a solo woman traveling, good luck. Walked into the property and got hit with a musty smell. Evening shift worker seemed like we were a bother; barely spoke a word. Hallways were littered with stains all throughout the carpet. Was in the room no longer than 5 minutes. First red flag was the top sheet had the tag up top by the pillows which is just lazy from the housekeeper and supervisor who is supposed to ensure the rooms are in satisfactory condition. Tub filled with black soot and hair. Counter had soap or whatever residue it was all over. Corner of the room had a used tissue on the floor. Microwave had crumbs that looked like they have been there for months. Checked immediately out. Went to the Comf

Outdated and in need of a remodel . Cleanliness was a bit lacking. Found a sandal and bits of chicken by the ac. Paint peeling from the ceiling in the bathroom. Temperature was backwards on the shower.

Customer service is amazing!!! Michelle at the front desk was awesome, very patient, kind and extremely helpful over the phone. The call dropped and she called me right back to help me with booking my room, along with many other questions she answered for me. The rooms are clean, the breakfast was very good. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was good; breakfast was delicious; and the staff were superb!! I'd come back, for sure!! There was even a mixup caused by me (accidental extra night) that they rectified.

I wished they served breakfast earlier than 6AM. Especially since I had to be at work at 6:30. The eggs were always kinda burned, the chicken patties were always greasy. Good coffee though and occasional free cookies at the front desk. The house keepers kept taking my trash but not giving me a new bag. The exercise room equipment didn't work, well, at least not the elliptical. Other than that, I enjoyed my two week stay.
