Country Hearth Inn & Suites Marietta

Staff is very sweet, and for a low-price motel, it’s alright quality, but I’ve had continous issues with my room key. I’ve been to the staff desk countless times. They keep fixing it just for the key to stop working again within hours. Also what’s the deal with everyone blazing up cigarettes outside when there are multiple no smoking signs? It’s not a big deal, just a funny detail I noticed.

Had to checkout after seeing dirty sheets/covers, dirty bathroom dirty,Dirty towels and leaking refrigerator. Tables and counters dirty. Yes I basically named everything in the room DIRTY. Conveniently housekeeping isnt there on sundays to manage it. Terrible experience never coming back.

Great spot to get a quality room for a fair price. Good folks, quiet motel, good hot water in showers. Microwaves and fridges in rooms. Family type establishment with a low-key and relaxed vibe. It's tucked back behind other businesses in a secluded area with plenty of parking. Clean rooms every time, mattresses are good and not old or lumpy

Positive: Location was convenient. Negative: The place was falling apart the room smelled of smoke the floor was coming apart the tube had some type of build up residue. The ceiling had Cobb web's. The cover on the a/ c unit was broken. I was to tired to call and complain tuffed it out.

The rooms are a bit dated, but I expected that from the prior reviews and it was not an issue. Bed was comfy, bathroom was clean, nothing leaked, and the AC worked. Road noise from the highway is fairly loud but constant (as in, no random, sporadic, sudden road noise, just a constant hum of road noise), so with the AC fan on it was pretty easy for me to ignore. My room’s door was a little finicky but the check in ladies were very nice and helpful with explaining the trick to get it open. The hotel’s close distance from the Battery made it a great option for me. If all you’re looking for is a place to lay your head for the night while visiting the Atlanta area, this place will work as well as any other :)
