Cottage Suites

So overall, I would rate this an OKAY experience. Went here with my boyfriend and first thing we noticed was there wasn't a front desk, nor house keeping like a 'hotel.' it's also NOT disabled accessible, so keep that in mind if you book. For parking it was very confusing? Spots were numbered but only double digits, which leads me to belive that there's no designated parking for this place. Room was good, and we almost didnt have any problems! No bugs, or roaches like some of the reviews. However, there seemed to be a leak behind the sink? Maybe coming from the wall? We had to use almost every towel to soak up the water. There was tea, a coffee maker, working burners and fridge, knife, cutting board, can opener etc so that was wonderful. Absolutely no room service though, which is okay

GHOSTED BY THE HOST! As an avid Airbnb user, traveler, and hotel booker this has NEVER happened to me-I was completely ghosted. I booked a Cottage Suite through the Expedia app for the 4th of July weekend (4th through 6th). After booking a non-refundable stay, I found reviews on other booking platforms that stated cockroach sightings, communication issues, and the A/C unit not working properly. My reality of this property dropped from what seemed to be a great deal for a good looking space, to possibly finding cockroaches in my bed. I IMMEDIATELY contacted the property through the Expedia app to address these concerns and received no response. While booking, it states that check-in instructions will be emailed to you within 24 hours of check in time. I drove a couple hours to this propert

Probably the WORST experience I have ever had in a hotel. I even had bed bugs at a hotel once and this place still was worse than that. All the outlets are broken, fire alarm ringing non stop, fridge stopped working and finally the front door lock stopped working. The host rarely picked up his phone to address any of the issues. I would say STAY VERY FAR AWAY from this place. If I could rate it a negative I would.
