Copley Square Hotel, a FOUND Hotel

Had high hopes for the Copley Square Hotel. Unfortunately, it fell short in a lot of manners. I stayed at the hotel pre-pandemic and enjoyed it. Since then, the lobby has been refurbished and no longer has that boutique feeling. Not a big deal, but it had a very different vibe. Also, the halls we dark and dirty, and the room smelled musty. There was also no coffee or tea available in the room, and the TV did not work (the message said cable/antenna not connected). On a positive side, the bed was very comfy. That said, we will not likely return.

We were only in Boston for 1 night from NJ for a Birthday present for my husband. I booked a room here because I knew I liked the Back Bay neighborhood and wanted to be close by. The hotel was beating all the others on price and location. I liked the idea of an old hotel renovated to be modern and at the same time close to everything! No regrets whatsoever. The room was clean and small but didn't feel cramped. All the staff were friendly and check-in/check-out was easy.

I had a wonderful stay at the Copley Square Hotel, and one of the biggest advantages is its excellent location. The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Boston, making it incredibly convenient for both sightseeing and relaxing city walks. It is just steps away from the Boston Public Library and very close to the Public Garden, which was lovely to visit, especially for peaceful strolls. Newbury Street is right nearby, offering great shopping, dining, and café options, and the Prudential Center is also within easy walking distance. The rooms were cozy, comfortable, and very clean. While not overly large, they were thoughtfully arranged and had everything needed for a pleasant stay. I also appreciated the calm and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. The first thing to say it’s that the personnel is 10/10. Everyone we interacted to was very friendly and professional. We had a couple of issues during our stay but the front desk team and the manager did all their best to solve them, and because of this we left the place very pleased and I’d go back again. Rooms are nice, mine was corner with 2 windows in the 3rd floor and very silent. Cleaning was profesional, beds were extremely comfortable and the location is perfect with Logan Express bus very near, two T stops within minutes and the prudential center crossing the street. They have a room with coffee for free 24/7 and some vending machines. They put bottled water every day in rooms at cleaning. I’d stay there again and I recommend this place.

Stayed here before the blizzard to be able to get to work (hospital). Team was great- appreciate their work throughout the storm. They were definitely dealing with some difficult patrons from things I overheard and were handling everything professionally. Room was clean and bedding was very comfortable. Thank you!
