I have never had issues with this place! They price match and have always taken good care of me. The rooms are clean and its quiet here. The friendly customer service is why I come here! Thanks for all you do for me!

Positive: The whole experience was awfilul Negative: They put me in a room where the toilet was not glued to the floor. The "clean" wash cloth in my room had boo boo stains on it. The ironing board was also broken. Police stayed taking calls at the property. Door wouldn't latch. Property felt very unsafe.

Extremely bare bones when it comes to hotels, plus some defunctional room appliances. They also do not have a fitness center as advertised. You get what you pay for. At least the staff interacted with are very nice!

If I could give this place a negative number I would. First off I had to clean the room myself, bathroom towel rack was hanging on by a thread, the place was disgusting, a very bad weird smell then I saw the bugs!!! I never got my stuff out of somewhere so fast and never looked back. Don't Even think of asking for a refund bc you're never going to get it there. Just do yourself a favor and don't even consider this place

service was terrible and i havent even arrived yet. i called the hotel to let them know i have a concert in downtown cleaveland and i probably wont be able to check in until after 12. he said first come first serve if you arent there by 12 then your room will be given away. he asked for my last name which i provided then he said “ your last name isnt coming up that you have a reservation.” then hung up on me. he was rude the whole time i was on the phone. thats not all, we get to the concert and i call and ask for a manager. he says that they tried to call me (i have no missed phone call or voicemails) and i “didnt answer” so they gave my room away. how ridiculous. i spent over 600$ on a last minute hotel because i had no other choice. everything was booked due to the concert and a basebal
