Scam! Booked room on booking.com with free cancelation and no charge to card until check in. I had a major flight delay and cancelled 24 hrs prior with intention to rebook once I had current landing time. My card was charged in full with zero refund return. Owner is a fraud. Stay away from this place. Highly recommend Quality Inn and Suites by Ft. Drum. After loosing 1600.00 I needed urgent assistance in finding a reliable and honest place and Quality Inn came through.
I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was really nice and helpful and the rooms was nice. I would recommend to friends and family.
The staff and management was very helpful and great and respectful i would come back to this hotel
