Early Check-in Policy: I arrived 2 hours before the standard check-in time and was told there would be a $25 fee. However, when asked to return in one hour, the fee was waived. This policy feels inconsistent, especially since guests are not credited for checking out earlier than scheduled. Dining Room Condition: Upon entering the dining room, I was surprised to see chairs with leather seats visibly deteriorating. This created a poor first impression of the property. Swimming Pool Access: I was unable to use the pool due to a posted requirement that two people must be present (no lifeguard on duty). As a solo traveler, this restricted access. I paid and wanted a king size bed. I was given a room with two queen size bed. Spoke to the front desk and his response was that he would tell housekeeper to clean the right room. I have bad back issues and was setting up at strong for future surgery. I will be making frequent trips and I will be staying elsewhere.

Hello! We loved our stay, they are nice hotel rooms and cozy and well sound proofed staff was incredibly helpful especially since I’m a wheelchair user who needed to be on the first floor for medical reasons, they accommodated me very well and made sure everything was easy access for me. Pool is nice and clean. I can’t say enough nice things about the staff Sebastian, Ricky and Karlina were all amazing in helping us get our stay figured out would definitely recommend for anyone needing a budget friendly stay!

I stayed here 4 years ago. Then it was nice. Front desk not at all friendly. Room on 3rd floor getting off elevator carpet was filthy. Room was clean. My husband used the bathroom and came out saying the toilet was not flushing. Went to front desk and was advised they had lots of toilet problems that day and I was handed a plunger. Breakfast area chairs are all ripped. I will say most of the cleaning staff were pleasant. I will not be staying at this location again. Also I was charged $10 for parking my vehicle in their lot that was full of pot holes.

I had an ADA room that was dated and worn. Smelled of stale cigarettes and weed. 1 roll of toilet paper. Shampoo was missing. Pull out couch was in poor shape. Tiny tv on a rack that couldn’t swivel so everyone could see it. Cable and Wi-Fi was constantly knocking out. The broken desk chair was unexpected. Asked for a late checkout (just a hour) and was told I would be charged $25. I’ve been a loyal member since 2006 and have spent a ton of money on Choice Hotels.The only positive was the nice gentleman at the front desk. Other than that, I highly recommend you avoid this hotel.
