Comfort Suites McKinney-Allen

Recently spent 5 nights at the McKinney, TX Comfort Suites. During my visit, I experienced excellent service and friendly assistance. Of particular note are 2 ladies who provided exceptional help. From check-in to check-out Tabitha Foster provided prompt and friendly responses to my questions and requests. At the same time, Cheryl O’Neil offered a kind hello and friendly help while I enjoyed her Breakfast and coffee service. Thanks again for making my stay most pleasant

All of the employees were very kind and helpful, but the woman doing breakfast really stood out. She was extremely sweet and made sure everyone’s food and experience were perfect. (Imagine being at your grandmas house, that’s the feeling I got here). The rooms were also pretty nice, super comfy beds and just overall nice set up for a great price!

The room was nice, clean, spacious, the bed's extremely comfortable, the staff at the front desk when we checked in, very friendly, and accommodating. Honestly, everything was great except for 2 things. #1 The Breakfast. I don't even typically early, but my mother does. We were there on a business trip to do florals for a wedding. We checked in a 10:30pm and had to check out by 7:30 am.. extremely tired of course. My mother was really looking forward to being able to eat the breakfast in the morning. But when she saw it, she just couldn't, and she's not even picky. There were flat fried eggs (no yoke) that were already dried up looking at 7am. And little medallions of very thin pieces of ham. Thats it. (Unless you want to eat processed carbohydrates that we do not eat) She has a

I had a really good start to my stay at this hotel. Check-in was smooth and the front desk staff greeted me with a warm smile, which immediately set a positive tone. The lobby was clean and welcoming, and I appreciated how quick and efficient the process was. My room was ready right away, and it felt fresh and comfortable when I walked in. It’s always nice when first impressions match the expectations, and this place did exactly that. Overall, it gave me confidence that the rest of my stay would be just as pleasant. A great start!

The room was comfortable and the breakfast was good. The gym was a simple but good treadmill and weight machine good for lats. I had a bad experience checking in and almost had almost $1k charged to my credit card several times and nearly maxed out my card in one day. The person who checked me in didnt do it right and had the mgrs calling me in the morning to fillout and sign paperwork that the original person forgot all about or else I was gonna be kicked out. The pool closed an hour earlier than posted on the sign and the lady said it was closed all day for cleaning although I had checked it 30 minutes prior and the gate was wide open. The Tv in my room never worked and had app connectivity issues. When I called the lady at the front desk about 9pm about the TV not connecting to the netw
