Comfort Suites Manassas Battlefield Park

The staff was lovely. The gentleman that checked me in and the lady that checked me out were friendly and polite. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the rooms were good for lowering noise from adjoining rooms. There was still some noise that came in from the hallway though. The rooms were comfortable and clean. This has been a very nice stay and I’ll certainly stay here again.

Me and my kids came down. For a holiday weekend getaway, and the hotel manager was very rude, the website states free breakfast, and free wifi. And we didn't receive neither. The wifi was terrible. And I had to do some catch up work from last week. So I was doomed. The room service workers came in our room with the key, and didnt knock. So she stated that she need to clean the room. So we left, only to come back and all she did was replace the towels and wash clothes. She never cleaned anything eles. So i cleaned the room so that me and my kids could reall comfortable. I dumped trash, and made the beds. ( which we deserve the sheets to be changed). I also dusted because the room felt alil dusty as well. I have never experienced anything so poorly in my life. I made a reservation for a one-night stay (6/27/25-6/28/25) with late check-in earlier on the day of the 27th. I made a six-hour drive in a thunderstorm with pouring down rain only to get to the hotel at 12:20a.m. to be told that the hotel has no more rooms available. How does this happen in the United States of America? When I arrived the desk clerk was already arguing with a family that had recently checked in. Apparently there was a problem with the bed linen as I heard the desk clerk said that " I can give you some new sheets and you can make up the bed. The cleaning staff have gone." ||The desk clerk checked and told me there were not rooms available. I asked what was I supposed to do. He told me to call the corporate office. I

We stayed here for a nights and found the hotel to be beautiful and clean. The front desk was always helpful and nice. The complimentary breakfast was decent but limited. Parking was plentiful. The rooms were nice but we had a few issues. The mattress was extremely hard to sleep on. We woke up each morning with backaches. The “blackout curtains” did not keep the sunlight out at all. The AC in the room was always fluctuating from hot to cold which made it uncomfortable to sleep at night. We read that the indoor pool was heated but that was not true. While we did have room issues, it was overall a nice place to stay and reasonably priced.

Please watch the lot next to hotel. Very expensive tow. At night, cold and hands full, didnt see signage. In lobby posted 8x10 on white paper. Manager who checked me in showed me signs after being towed. Picture sign taken 11am after towed. Someone else at party towed also. But a verbal would have a nice. Lobby wasn't busy at check in. We had a party and all the immediate spaces were full. Huge Lot evidently for Dunkin Donuts. You need to be looking behind you to see sign. I also broke out on my back. Hopefully, isn't an ongoing issue.
