Comfort Suites Fort Lauderdale Airport & Cruise Port

Called and waited 15 minutes for the airport van. Driver was friendly. Room was clean. Usual Comfort Suites breakfast, with scrambled eggs and patty sausage. Room was clean, and quiet located on the back side of the hotel. Check-in was easy. I would stay again. Great Cuban restaurant just a short walk up the street.

The room was clean and comfortable. We used the shuttle to bring us back to the hotel after dropping off our rental car and used it again the next day to take us back to the airport. The girl at the front desk gave us a suggestion for dinner and the suggestion turned out to be an excellent CHOICE. Excellent Experience.

Great hotel, clean with plenty of amenities and the staff is very friendly. Free shuttle to and from the airport, and our driver Sidney was excellent…he even stopped at a pharmacy for us before we got to the hotel and saved us some walking or a ride share fee.

Jeremiah the front desk was super amazing! He was thoughtful, polite and went above and beyond to help with our reservation. He represents the business and company of Choice hotels very well! I think that when businesses have good people working for them they should be recognized and rewarded! Especially in today’s world! Thank you so much Jeremiah! May God continue to bless to bless you! *One Star - Deposit was CHARGED, Not Refunded. Manager is Useless, Clueless, and Deceptive.* I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Comfort Suites Fort Lauderdale Airport. Over a month ago, I stayed at the hotel and they **charged** a standard security deposit to my card. It's crucial to understand this: it is not just a pending "hold"; the hotel **actively processed a charge** for the deposit, and it has still not been refunded. This is where the situation becomes absurd and frankly, deceptive. The most frustrating part has been dealing with the management, specifically Manager Ubaldo Hernández. He has not only been completely useless but demonstrates a total ignorance of how bank charges work. He repeatedly insists that my bank must issue the refund, which is **impossible**.
